Pistol Whipped Pastry is a full service bakeshop located in the heart of the wild west, Phoenix, Arizona. We believe in good, local ingredients which we then take and turn into amazing food. Pistol Whipped loves nostalgia items from our youth, which we reinvent into delicious goodies, as well as our rustic french inspired pastries and breads.

Christmas Pop-Up + Pre-Order Menu

Good morning, pastry lovers! Here is the pre-order menu for our Christmas Eve morning pop-up. 

We will also have some grab and go pastry and coffee available for purchase day of pick-up.

For Dessert
-Butter Coconut Bundt – A golden buttery coconut bundt cake, draped with coconut glaze and sprinkled with toasted coconut - Serves 10-12 - $32

-Bourbon Pecan Pie – Is there anything better than a gooey pecan pie? We do not use corn syrup for our delicious pecan pie, but we do like to throw in a dash of Arizona bourbon - Serves 8-10 - $30

-S’mores Pie – A PWP favorite! Our housemade graham crackers are ground up and mixed with some brown butter to form the crust. Our whipped chocolate bourbon ganache fills the pie, which is then topped with house made marshmallow creme and toasted golden. The perfect finish to a holiday meal. - Serves 8-10 - $30

-Apple Crostada – A free form version of an apple tart, layered with flaky pie pastry, almond crème and apples – Serves 8-10 - $30

-Lemon Tart – Buttery tart dough filled with tart lemon and topped with toasted meringue - Serves 8-10 - $40

-Dark chocolate cake with peppermint buttercream – 8” 3 layer cake, Serves 8-10 - $40

-Ricotta Cake with PWP Marmalade – Moist ricotta cake topped with our housemade marmalade (made with citrus from Steadfast Farms at Agritopia) - 10” cake, serves 8-10 - $40

For Breakfast
-Bake at home Scones – choose between bacon cheddar or lemon rosemary, ½ dozen scones ready to bake on Christmas morning - 6 for $15

-Bake at home Cinnamon Rolls – ½ dozen of our large cinnamon rolls in a disposable pan, ready to bake off Christmas morning - 6 for $24

To place your pre-order, email with the following information: 

-name & phone number

We will email you an invoice that is payable online. Please pay the invoice and we will email you to confirm that your order has been placed, paid for, and will be ready for pick-up on Christmas Eve morning, Thursday, December 24, between 8am-noon. 

Pre-orders due by end of day Tuesday, December 22nd. 

Please note, while we will have some of our standard items, cinnamon rolls, scones, sables, cookies, caramel sauce, marmalade, cake by the slice, etc available day of, items listed above must be pre-ordered. Thanks!
