Where are you located? Can I come to your shop?

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona, but unfortunately we do not have a retail location.

 

So then, what is the deal with Pistol Whipped Pastry?

We will be changing how we operate a little bit. We will be taking on limited cake and special event orders. Occasionally we will have a pop-up where you can purchase our goods. The main focus of our operation will now be cake toppers, cake decorating equipment, name cards, pie markers, and so forth. Stay tuned to our instagram @pistolwhippedpastry or on www.facebook.com/pistolwhippedpastry for updates. 

Well, where can I get some Pistol Whipped Pastry goods?

Order online in our store: shop.pistolwhippedpastry.com. For a custom order, please drop an email to orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com. 

I am getting married and I want a cake. Can you do this?

Yes we can! We typically work in a rustic chic style, but please get in touch with us via email at orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com or via phone at 855-727-7233, ext. 4.

I am getting married and I don't want a cake, but I would love a pastry table. Can you do this?

Yes we can! Pastry tables are our one of our favorites! Please get in touch with us via email at orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com or via phone at 855-727-7233, ext. 4.

I am getting married and I want individually packaged cupcakes or s'mores packs or caramels to give as favors. Can you do this?

Do you do cake or pastry tastings for special events?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with us via email at orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com or via phone at 855-727-7233, ext. 4. We will send you out all the details and flavor options, once we learn the scope of your event. We charge a small fee for tastings, which will be credited back to you, once you place an order.

Can I get a custom cake or custom pastry for an event tomorrow? How about next week? 

You seem like a nice person, but seriously, amazing pastry and cake take time. Also, we book up quickly. We typically require at least a months notice for custom events. 

Where does Pistol Whipped Pastry ship? 

We ship anywhere in the world. 

What's your return policy?

We do not accept returns based on the nature of our products (used in/on consumable goods) or products that are custom made. If for some reason your product arrives broken or damaged, please email orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com with photos in the packaging, and we will work to correct any problems. Acrylic cake toppers are fragile! Please be very careful with them. We are not responsible for any damage or breaks that occur after receipt. 

How does shipping work?

We currently ship via USPS.

 

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! We have beautiful cards and will handwrite a message for you. Please leave your message in the notes section of your order, or drop us an email at orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com.

Where are your baking classes held?

We currently hold our cooking classes at our commercial bakery kitchen. We will always send you an email with all the details of the class after you sign up. 

What is the refund policy for the cooking classes?

Payments for classes with Pistol Whipped Pastry are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your spot in the class to someone else. All payments are final. To transfer your class to someone else, please email us at orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com or give us a call 855-727-7233.

Can I book a private cooking class?

Yes. We would love to put together a private cooking class for you and your family, friends and/or co-workers. Please email orders@pistolwhippedpastry.com to coordinate a date and time, as well as what kind of class you are looking for.  

Shipping Terms: 

Pistol Whipped Pastry is not responsible for packages during transit. Should your package be damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipper to receive a refund, however, Pistol Whipped Pastry will not replace damaged, or broken product without reordering at full price. If damage is due to our packaging of the product, we will of course replace the item. 

We typically ship via USPS Priority mail, as we have found it to be the most affordable, as well as the fastest, in getting our products to your doorstep quickly.

Pistol Whipped Pastry does not guarantee shipping dates. We will always attempt to get your package to you in a timely manner, however, once a package leaves our facility, it is outside of our control to deliver the package to your doorstep. We can not control time in transit. Should you prefer another shipping method or a faster shipping method please let us know and we will work to accommodate your request. 

Please understand that ordering during the holidays may delay your package delivery, due to an increase in business for the shipping companies. Please account for this possible delay and order at least 2 weeks in advance.
